Leadership means to live the vision
The inauguration is over, go have agreed, our nation's capital returns itself and millions Americans look to see President Obama lead this country towards its vision for the United States of America. It will embody his vision for the country and the Congress to accept and respect the strategic plans to support this vision. This is the stature of leadership. Our new president is not alone in this important endeavor.
With government leaders, thousands of business owners, some small, some use a lot, but basically all vital to the well-being of their communities, state or nation, will be re-evaluating their business mission and vision statements to determine their place in the new economy. As our new president said, we are all involved and necessary, while the world is essential, it's time for everyone, big or small, government or commercial! local or international, to lead with a sense of vision rather than a feeling of hopelessness.
Peter Senge in The Dance of Change says: "In today's organizations, the idealization great leadership leads to an endless search for heroic figures who can come to the rescue the rest of us recalcitrant, the institutions not to compete. But can it be very think one of the main reasons such institutions prevail? Could not the continuing search for the hero-leader is a critical factor in itself, diverting our attention to strengthening institutions that by their very nature, continually adapt and reinvent itself, with leaders from many people in many places, not just the top? "

Our new leader, President Obama, should utilize the existing reserve leaders in our government institutions and many industries to really reinvent itself. He is a leader responsible for implementing this vision of change driven by the bottom line -. that our institutions governmental and business communities need now is a visionary leadership - comes not only from Obama, but from many people in many places, and these people must be committed to living the vision.
