If you own a small business or home business, would you like to buy a printer, copier, scanner and fax machine or a machine that can do all these jobs? The answer is clear, most people choose a multifunction device. A true all-in-One (AIO) machine prints, scans, copy and fax with network capacity. However, the choice of an AIO printer is not good as easy as selecting a printer that you must consider many functions in the same time. Here are some simple tips to help you make the right decision:
1) Is it easy Printer AIO to install? T he, with the operating system on your PC?
2) Can print high quality documents at a relatively high speed?
3) Is it automatic document feeder (ADF) so that you can copy / scan lots of fax documents automatically?
4) What about the scan rate and resolution? Can you scan books or documents related to the flatbed scanner?
5) Then store incoming faxes in fax memory so you will not lose a fax even when you're out of paper? Can we distinguish calls fax / voice and pick up faxes automatically?
6) Does it double-sided printing / scan / copy so you will not need to return pages manually duplex?
7) Do you need an inkjet or laser? AIO inkjet printer can print excellent sharp pictures and photos but they are much slower than a laser printer. The cost per page inkjet printers is also greater than laser printers, so they are not good for high volume printing.
If you intend to use your machine in a network, do you need wireless or wired right?
All-in-one inkjet printer, we recommend Canon PIXMA MX870 and Epson Artisan 810. Both are easy to install and implement, and are compatible with PC and Mac OS. Both offer duplex printing / scanning / Copy that can help you save paper. They also come with automatic document feeder and flatbed. Both provide an excellent quality printing, producing exceptional photos and laser-quality text. Both inkjet printers also use individual ink cartridges for different colors, you only need to replace the ink cartridge is exhausted. Since they are also used as printers photo, you can print photos directly from memory cards and cameras. Auto Photo Fix is available to improve photo quality. Both machines operate in wireless and wired network. Canon PIXMA MX870 is more affordable than Epson Artisan 810, but it has a more designer with a print speed much higher for the photos.
All-in-one laser printers, Canon PIXMA MF4370DN is our first choice. It is a monochrome printer Affordable laser with compact design. The print quality is excellent with a fast printing speed. It also has automatic document feeder, duplex printing / scanning / copying and flatbed scanning. Scanning quality is excellent with good fax capabilities. A disadvantage is it ready for the network, it does not provide wireless connectivity.
Without doubt, it takes a little more time and research to find good all-in-one machine for your business. However, given the money and space, you can record it even worth it to go for a multifunction printer.
