Review of eFax Internet Fax Solution
Introduction
eFax is owned by J2 Global Communications, which also has Fax.com, Send2Fax, DataOnCall, jConnect, and RapidFAX SmartFax among others. eFax is currently the largest supplier in the field of facsimile the Internet with more than 11 million customers. eFax is available in 42 countries worldwide with local and toll free numbers in more than 3000 area codes and they administer billions Fax annually.
eFax offers a wide range of features on their website integration and portal applications excellent in their application office called eFax Messenger.

Ease of Use
You can be operational in less than 5 minutes via web portal and not much more if you download and install the desktop software called eFax Messenger.
Both are very easy to install and use. Setting your own cover page is a bit more complicated and needed a good root through the online documentation but there are many front pages of pre-prepared already available that can be used as models.
Fax traffic monitoring is simply treated by line newspapers and faxes can even be sent back log.
Customer Support
Some people reported customer service bad eFax. However, our experience of them has been excellent. The cat was useful and assistance call was good. In both cases, support staff answered all our questions. During the telephone conversation we asked information should be directed to us, and it was emailed within the hour.
The online documentation and FAQs are informative and reasonably expansive. It would be better to see some tutorials or seminars, but that is more "nice to have" rather than a major omission.
Even the cancellation process - via a toll-free - was pleasant and the operator gave us an additional $ 2 service months free if we stayed with them.
To summarize
eFax provides excellent service. The cover is the best that is covered with more cities than any other product being reviewed. The interface is simple and easy to use from the start. The possibility of having multiple fax numbers and emails on a single account is also very useful. Yet eFax costs more and gives fewer pages included. Shame the largest supplier in the field of Internet faxing could not come up with more attractive prices for their customers. That said, if you want use the high quality service that has the largest coverage and greater customer base, then eFax is for you.
