Creating a first aid kit for your home
If you're not a doctor, nurse or attendant first care building a first aid kit for your home can seem a little scary, but we'll tell you exactly what you need to first aid kit care to make sure you're ready to deal with issues of family first aid.
I recommend the construction of two of these kits - one for home and one for the car. You never know what can happen when you're in your car and your only occupied building will tow not a problem at all.
In general, these kits contain the same content that you lived in downtown New York or in a small village or countryside rural with few exceptions. The most direct of a large hospital or trauma center over the additional items you need in your kit to compensate for distance and increase evacuation time in case of major emergencies.
You must first decide if you want a case that is portable and one that remains permanently mounted at home. A carrying case is more difficult to keep organized but it is certainly the choice that gives you the more flexibility. A square corner sealed bag sports duffel works great if you choose one that is about 2 feet long, a foot wide and a foot deep. This size is sufficient to hold all that in one case still light enough for you to be able to perform.
You must ensure your first aid kit has vinyl gloves or latex, a CPR mask or screen, and respiratory tract if you are trained in them. This equipment is necessary to help protect against diseases.
Part of your trauma kit is by far the most important part. Of course, most time you have to deal with these minor cuts and bruises not what threatens the life, but you must be prepared for those horrific injuries that can occur at any time and can really be life threatening. For those moments of your kit should have:
Bandages - Two 3 "Expandable, gauze roll self-adhesive and two 4 "stretch, gauze roll self-adhesive
Band-Aids - A box of tissue dressings with different sizes. Two roles tape can help you cut the size you need.
Dressings - A variety of sizes of sterile gauze bandage
Purpose General gauze - these are very versatile and can be used for many things. They vary in absorbent padding and that's what makes them so versatile. If you choose a type of gauze pads are the ones to have.
Combine and Trauma Dressing - These high-absorbency dressings must be stuffed purchased in large sizes. Your other cushions general labor for small injuries, but you want to be able to address larger wounds.
Tape - 1 "roll tape. Have at least a couple of rolls in your kit.
Great now who takes care of hardware to treat trauma Now, you need the medical cleaning and care of injuries and other issues.
Iodine - Good for cleaning wounds and prevent infection.
Betadine - is excellent for washing and sterilizing wounds and is a good choice for those allergic to iodine.
A tube of topical antibiotic cream
Include a small bottle of each Tylenol, ibuprofen and aspirin.
Include a small bottle of Benadryl and a package of Sudafed capsules.
Antacids - Include a bottle of any of the following: Mylanta, Maalox and Pepto Bismol.
Imodium is quick action or any other preference you might have.
Anti constipation - Include a small bottle of Metamucil
A small bottle of Tinactin or Mystatin
For dental pain includes a tube or Orabase Orajel and oil of clove.
Oral electrolyte replacement solution such as Gatorade.
Activated Carbon - Used to draw the poison ingested and other harmful substances in itself, so it can be digested safely.
Ipecac syrup influence vomiting.

Tweezers - are very important for hard-to-reach chips.
Pins - This includes safety pins and bed
Plastic Bags - Carry lots of different sizes are recommended.
Thermometer - This is necessary for conditions such as hypothermia.
Trauma Shears - Used to cut everything from bandages to splints.
BP Cuff & Stethoscope - They can be very necessary and useful in case of injury or illness.
Emergency Blanket - This is a necessary element for housing and insulation.
Contention - This is a necessary emergency supplies.
It's a lot of elements to organize. I recommend construction and use of separators zip locks of different sizes, then clearly indicate the marking.
