If a fax arrives while the copier or printer is in use, 4 MB memory is used to store incoming faxes until the copying or printing is complete. For added security, faxes inbound may be stored in memory, which requires a 4 digit PIN code to print.

The Linux software is not included with the CD and must be downloaded on Samsung's website for supporting printers and scan functions. Unified Linux Driver Configurator allows for manipulating digital images and editing. For Macintosh users, the CD has a couple of basic drivers for print and a TWAIN driver for scanning. There is no software support More: either you need a third party application that manages the use of scanners or Mac own images (only available on Mac OS 10.4.7 and higher).
