What is one of the cavemen knew something much better than we know now? How to survive in the wild? Yes. But more importantly, they know how to survive in the healthiest way possible. There was no diet programs in those days there were shelves full of diet books. That men caves instinctively knew was exactly what diet works best for them.
Let's all do a quick lesson from our ancestors and see what elements of their diet is advice that we can begin to integrate good way to lose unwanted body fat and improve our health.
Cavemen ate what they could kill or find in nature.
- In any case, I suggest you begin to kill and hunt for your own food (we have our grocery days, thank you God), but we still benefit greatly with this method in our own nature 21st century pass. If the food on your plate is not something that your friend caveman colleagues had been killed, met and found himself, chances are that you should not eat that food. These are not foods that existed during these times and are foods that we are not much healthier.
Cavemen drank only what they could find.
- Do you know what people have found for centuries? It's true, good old H2O (water that is). Water is really the magic potion for weight loss and health has increased. Unfortunately, a large majority of people walk severely dehydrated and suffering from many negative side effects that could be easily solved by drinking more water. hunger, headache, constipation and digestive disorders that are some of the many symptoms that can be easily solved by a few cups of water. Make sure you drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day (ie 200 pounds should drink 100 ounces).
Cavemen remained active for much of their day.
- I know this is not exactly the best part of their diet, but it is an essential and integral part of fat loss and health optimized. Tell your new friend caves he sit in an office chair all day, then go home and sit on the couch the rest of the night and you look like you're crazy (not that he does not already think you're crazy, but it would make things worse). Move, move, move. Movement does not always mean the formal exercise. Take the stairs to your office, walk the parking lot a few times more, get up and walk around the office at least once an hour, nothing prevents you from sitting all day. Now, if modern man has even tried to keep up with daily activities and schedule of a caveman, they quickly fall in exhaustion.
